As a Latin mom this is so important…we get told daily “don’t hold the baby too much or your going to spoil them” “they need to cry it out” They are only babies for so long I will hold my baby as long as I can 🥹.

Thank you so much for this reminder! I have 3 kiddos and sleep trained my oldest. She is the worst sleeper as a toddler! 😅 with my 9 month old (third time around), I have let go of all the “rules” and go in and rock/feed baby at night still. You will never regret the extra snuggles ❤️
