@sarahsweets017: Gooey s’mores brownies should honestly be illegal 🤤🔥 Ingredients: * 1 box Ghirardelli brownie mix * Ingredients listed on brownie box (1 egg, 1/3 cup oil, 1/4 cup water) * 5 graham crackers * 2 XL Hershey’s bars Meringue: * 4 large egg whites * 1 cup granulated sugar * 1/4 tsp cream of tartar * Pinch of salt * Splash of vanilla Instructions: Line an 8x8 silicone pan (or parchment-lined pan) with graham crackers. Break up Hershey’s bars and layer on top. Mix brownie batter following box instructions and pour over chocolate. Bake at 325°F for about 45 minutes. Let cool completely before removing from pan. For the meringue, place egg whites, sugar, and cream of tartar over a double boiler and whisk constantly until 160°F or the sugar feels completely dissolved. Add salt and vanilla, then beat on high until stiff glossy peaks form. Spread over brownies, create peaks with a spoon, then torch until golden.
