@lifebylisam: Finally experienced a traditional Moroccan hammam at So Morocco @somorocco Spa and I already can’t wait to go back. We did the thermal experience steam, sauna,and cold plunge , followed by the hammam ritual, where your skin is deeply cleansed and exfoliated from head to toe. My skin was absolutely glowing afterward. Soft, radiant,and renewed. Hammams have deep roots across the Arab world and North Africa and have long been part of wellness, cleansing, relaxation, and community traditions, especially for women. It felt like so much more than a spa treatment , it felt grounding, restorative, and deeply nourishing.
