Only go to restaurants that are running a promo. Bww recently had $10 unlimited appetizers for up to four people. So you could get a family of four three different unlimited appetizers for $30! And look at the menu ahead of time to prepare yourself

If they have a rewards program, I have to use it. A lot of them have a points program, randomly send freebies, coupons, etc.

We have really picky grandkids, so sometimes the only thing we order them is a side of fries. Why pay for a kids meal if they’re going to waste the entree that comes in them?

My husband and I usually share a meal and an appetizer! It’s plenty of food for us and sometimes there’s even leftovers for him, which he’s a big an of!

we always split adult entrees. no appetizers. water only. portions are crazy big so why not share!

Always drink water. Nothing but water. Don’t get a combo meal-just get the entree and a water. That’s all we used to be able to afford.

If you really look at the size of an entrée at most places, it is huge. So I get at least two meals maybe three out of every one. At that point when I’m comparing the cost to a meal at fast food it is OK.
