when you meditate on duality you bring both hot and cold together hard and soft into the middle and you experience Nirvana you just experience what is because if I slam your hand in the door why you meditate it's going to hurt if I pour a cold water on you while you meditating you going to be cold and in my spiritual world I had spiritual pain so bad that it drove me crazy even in meditation so these things exist in the spiritual realm duality because it just is ๐ฏ

in my experience with meditation, you genuinely come to a state where you know and feel you do not exist, while you exist. unconscious conscious awareness if that makes sense.

the absolute all wrong everything out of the negative that's the only way you can understand to even know what is a positive you couldn't have without dark you can't have perfection without imperfection so there had to be imperfection first before you even have perfection so I'm trying to stay always on top of the pyramid does not put you in perfection it put you in the state of just is what something like to be called being ๐ฏ
