Anytime this happens, I report an issue & go back & back with the chat bot until I finally get a human being, & then I request a refund. It’s only happened twice, but both times they gave me a credit back on my Amazon account for the $. Ngl it’s like a 45min+ process, but I refuse to be scammed by a billion dollar company lol
