the benefits of not cooking foods is that the food being consumed stays nutrient packed, rather than cooking it. it’s just like boiling unsanitary water, to get rid of the bacteria. Uncooked meats, cheese, eggs, etc has a very low chance at making you sick. The benefits are much greater than the drawbacks. 💯

idk about the celery and carrot juice brochacho, extremely high in oxalates (especially the celery) so when paired with the calcium in all the milk and dairy you eat it puts you at risk of calcium oxalate stones.. either way celery has very little nutritional benefit
