Prior to diving headfirst into this new world of AI consulting, I was a management consultant who specialized in helping executives navigate the political landscape of their organizations. One tool/paradigm/mindset that always pays dividends in the long run, no matter how difficult it is to build up to critical mass, is an inventory of other people's strengths, skills, talents, interests, and resources that they control. And when I (or my clients) ever encountered someone who needed an intro to someone with any of those items from that inventory, I got the chance to play power broker and manufacture some gratitude (aka "social debt") from both parties. When they say, "Success is all about who you know," that was only a third of the secret. Another third is "It's all about who knows you." And the last third is "It's all about who OWES you."

This is exactly why I use Workbeaver, cause most tools i tried get stuck trying to connect surfaces via messy APIs or Zapier that always break, but this works over any desktop app or browser, it can live inside CRM and handle the data entry, ID tagging, and updates manually, just like how I would
