It’s always such an oxymoronic thing. I don’t trust the media outlets, but I read the media outlets. I don’t trust the government, but I read their releases, too. Hell, I even screenshot news stories and ask ChatGPT, “is this accurate?” And take its word for it. 😳 The world is preparing for something, it seems. I’m a critical thinker. Things ain’t right. Like, be foreal. WTH is going on…. The news….the warnings….the preparation, the “just in case,” conversations we keep having. The way that DHS’s website doesn’t yet have any inflated issues for us to worry about, but several countries and countless media outlets are reporting that we need to prepare for 72 hours, or a week, or 2 weeks. Depending on which country’s warning you’re reading. This is why I quit reading the news every few months. I can’t stand election seasons, either. But if I quit reading the news now, am I going to miss something important? Would I be better off? Maybe I just need to go touch some grass, bro. I believe that parents in all countries share something overwhelmingly fundamental. They just want their children to LIVE, grow, love, be loved, thrive, and have a future. And none of these children, in any of these countries, chose the governments, borders, or historical conflicts that they were born into or the land their born onto.
