The best oral form of glutathione is capsules because it absorbs when reaching the intestine, if taken without capsules it is hard to absorb with all the stomach acids etc . Also there are not enough studies to prove liposomal glutathione is the most effective

I'm taking this in different forms. I try one brand and then the next. I give it 2 months each, but nothing has happened and they all claim to be the best. I may try this one, but if it tastes horrible, nope.. I take the other ones alone, I don't like to mix my supplements like that.
