Feds is a common slang used to refer to the FBI. That being said, ICE is not to be confused with the FBI they are separate organizations. ICE has zero jurisdiction over local law enforcement.

People definitely missing the specific scenario when talking about jurisdiction. People being charged for state crimes cant traditionally be taken until the charges are resolved, process is called Immigration Detainers, usually taking 2 days for minor charges, and if their serious usually taking a lot longer.
