some saying too good to be true, but we are forgetting the interest rate. eg if the house will cost 70k to build, and I charge you 2 billion , and u pay 15%, that means I get 30k already, by year 2, I got my money the rest of 3 yrs is profit, remember the house papers will be with the construction company so they can sell it anytime u default until u finish payment, this is financial strategy so its actually not too good to he true. 😂
