I looked up the ingredients for Dinty Moore Beef Stew. 100% beef, vegetables, and no preservatives. Not sure why the commenter is “grossed out”.

Dinty Moore stew was a staple in our house growing up. A lot of times it was that and a piece of bread, and that’s it. It was a warm meal and it was good. Zero complaints.

As a former chef, went to Escoffier, worked in the industry for years, I can say I STILL love dinty Moore beef stew, with canned corn, and rice. Not all of us grew up nice.

I will never forget having to eat elbow macaroni and tomato juice because we had nothing. I sometimes eat now as an adult just to remember those days and appreciate what I have now 🥰

We grew up poor, but my momma knew how to stretch a dollar! She taught me how to shop on a budget and make meals like these. I will NEVER skip a video to spread awareness! I'm blessed my mom taught me, and hopefully thousands are blessed by you teaching them!
