No Sir. You can't find your way out here! "After receiving the knowledge of Truth" is already salvation. the next verse shows what happens to such people who turn back and the others who didn't. They are all Adversaries!!! Moses's example of not entering the promises land is an example that you can be excluded if you don't abide.

not correct... because the first verse says...if we...the adversary is not in the "we". we means believers....the other verse is speaking of the adversary is one who makes us sin after the the knowledge of the truth.... so please don't means interpret

Ignorance. If you sin willfully after you have received the knowledge of the Truth you become an adversary. This is simply and straight forward but some will twist it to justify their flawed teaching. To sin willfully after knowledge of the Truth is to reject Jesus.
