The camera guy is trying, but he’s also ignorant of the law. No officer or public official has qualified immunity when they violate a right that’s already been clearly established by higher courts. And in Cheek v. United States, the Court made it clear that ignorance of the law generally isn’t a defense. Funny how that standard always seems crystal clear for citizens, but suddenly gets blurry when officials are involved and qualified immunity is discussed 😂😂😂 keep it up your doing well
