We do a standard operational pack in every unit that includes detail, flooring cost with estimated turn time, cost of utilities and services divided by estimated units sold each month, owner payroll divided into every vehicle… all before the first dollar of “Profit” is ever considered.

Thank you so much for this. I just started a small hvac company last year. I only have a pickup truck, tools, and a dream. Just got my second work vehicle this year. Ford van. Not pretty, but effective.

every car should have a internal repair order that's added to the price , pack each used 700 - so you buy a car for 3000 you pay 350'auction fee you pay for transportation 250 you get the car on your lot you now own it for 3600 then do internal to let's say it's 1500 now you own it for 5100 clean 100 / 5200 you own it for now ad a 700 pack now you own it for 5900 now price it at 105% of market if it's a fast mover if it's a slow mover you need to sell it on market day supply - 30 day turn rate - Donthe work make the car right and get a couple credit unions to buy stiffs and all your deals and turn the car fast.
