SPICY GARLIC PRAWN NOODLES✨🧄🍜 One of my favourite weeknight meals this one is so filling and packed with protein and comes together in less than 20 mins👏🏼 Here’s The Full Recipe:  Serves: 1 Est Macros  Calories: 650-700 kcal Protein: 35g Ingredients For the Sauce:  2 tbsp soy sauce (light and dark mix) 1 tbsp hoisin sauce 1 tbsp oyster sauce 1 tbsp sriracha Pinch of MSG (optional)  Black pepper, to taste Splash of water For the Noodles 130g king prawns 1-2 rice noodle nests (90g dry weight) 2 tsp olive oil 3–4 cloves garlic, minced 1 spring onion, chopped (plus extra to serve) ½ bell pepper, sliced ½ carrot, thinly sliced Chilli flakes, to serve 1 tsp sesame seeds, to serve Method 1. In a small bowl, mix together the soy sauce, hoisin sauce, oyster sauce, sriracha, MSG, black pepper, and a splash of water. Set aside. 2. Place the rice noodles in a bowl and cover with boiling water. Leave until softened, then drain and rinse under cold water. 3. Heat 1 tsp olive oil in a large frying pan over medium-high heat. Add the king prawns and cook for 1–2 minutes on each side until pink and cooked through. Remove from the pan and set aside. 4. Add the remaining 1 tsp olive oil to the same pan. Fry the garlic and spring onion for 30 seconds until fragrant. 5. Add the sliced bell pepper and carrot and stir-fry for 3–4 minutes until slightly softened. 6. Add the drained noodles to the pan and toss with the vegetables. 7. Pour over all of the prepared sauce and mix well until the noodles are evenly coated. 8. Return the prawns to the pan and toss everything together until heated through. 9.
