@vo1sy: In Counter-Strike 2, a teamkill occurs when a player accidentally or intentionally eliminates a member of their own team. While the game is built on cooperation, friendly fire is always active in competitive modes, meaning your bullets and grenades can damage and kill your teammates just as easily as the enemies. Killing a teammate has immediate negative consequences for the round. Not only does it put your team at a numerical disadvantage, but it also penalizes your personal economy. When you commit a teamkill, you lose a significant amount of money (usually $300), which can ruin your ability to buy necessary equipment in the following rounds. The game also features an automatic punishment system to prevent griefing. If a player deals too much damage to teammates or kills several allies in a single match, they will be kicked from the server and receive a competitive cooldown. This ban can last anywhere from 30 minutes to several weeks depending on the player’s history. In the gaming community, intentional teamkilling is often called griefing or trolling. However, accidental teamkills sometimes happen during chaotic firefights, such as when a teammate runs into your line of fire or stands on top of your Molotov. In these cases, it is common courtesy to quickly type "sorry" or "sry" in the chat to maintain team morale.#cs2 #cs #setup #pcsetup
