Making Cheesy Garlic Bread in my room! 🧀🧄🥖 — If you’re bad at cooking here’s something really easy to make. What do you you guys think of the new packaging? Get your own on Amazon! Ingredients: • Ciabatta loaf • Lots of Garlic • Olive oil • Mozarella cheese • Parmesan cheese • Parsley • Butter • Salt & pepper • Crushed red pepper • Honey Instructions: 1. Add a lot of garlic to a small saucepan and fully drench it in olive oil, then cook over very low heat until the cloves are soft and spreadable. 2. Finely chop the parsley and shred the Parmesan. In a small bowl combine honey with crushed red pepper. 3. Add the garlic confit, soft butter, chopped parsley, salt, and black pepper to a food processor and blend until smooth and whipped. 4. Slice the ciabatta loaf in half lengthwise and place it cut-side up on a baking sheet or parchment paper. 5. Spread the garlic butter generously over the bread, pushing it into all the crevices. 6. Layer with mozzarella, a light sprinkle of Parmesan, and finish with a drizzle of olive oil. 7. Bake at about 400°F (205°C) for about 15 minutes, or until the cheese is bubbly, melted, and lightly browned and the bread is crisp underneath. 8.
