I disagree. As a manager, when things get really busy, I'll always help my team as much as I can: cleaning tables, serving drinks... and at the same time, I keep an eye on the work floor and ask my team how they're feeling. I won't let my team do all the work alone.. we're a team!!

Well in the hotel I start one of my managers said ,, we are here together and when is busy time we clean table we serve drinks ,, and I said to him ,, NO I a not here to clean table I am here to make the team to be efficient and organise ,, Snd this is happening right now just what the gentleman said

Don’t agree with you there as a manager we are a team and we all work together. So sorry no don’t definitely agree with you. And I’m sure my regular guests would agree if I was sitting having coffee with someone and they can’t be seated they wouldn’t be happy
