Gbrain+graphify+ur agent is foundationaly enough u can add to them an obsidian also but then thats a setup but gbarin can be built in to obsidian and there it thrives and grows like human brain, also engineering the inside of the obsidian like human brain and its cortexes is a good way to structure it thats what i did
