Huge power lose in transmission over distance. Wires are used for a reason. One consumer nearby can take all the power. Metering has a purpose. There are more efficient means to transmit power, such as energy beams. But with their own problems also.

Yes. Energy can be transmitted this way, but… Two things: 1) it’s not free. You still need to generate the power. 2) it is extremely inefficient. You lose most of the power you generate. 3)(bonus) it’s not feasible in a Profit Centered society/infrastructure because anyone can take the energy you’re generating.

I used to tune my guitar with the vibration of the cattle lid lol I found out that it used to vibrate with the 3 chord, then if it was tuned right, the lid would vibrate 😁
