@cookingtales11: Alo pakora Ingredients: * 2–3 medium potatoes * 1 cup besan (gram flour) * 3 tbsp rice flour * Handful of chopped coriander * ½ tbsp chili flakes * ½ tbsp cumin powder * 1 tbsp coriander powder * ½ tbsp red chili powder * ¼ tbsp black pepper * ½ tbsp salt * ¼ tbsp garlic powder * 1 tbsp ghee * Water (as needed) Method: 1. Slice potatoes into round pieces and soak in cold water for 30 minutes. 2. Drain and pat dry. 3. Mix besan, rice flour, spices, coriander, and ghee. Add water to make a smooth batter. 4.
