Girl I tried this this week with colour mill (one tiny drop) but I feel like they never fully dry?? I left mine to dry spread out on a paper towel for an entire day, then sealed them in a container for another 3 days but when I touch them I still get color on my fingers?? Am I doing something wrong? Any tips?!
