Take some time for you. Things that have helped me this year with those same feelings is a hobby. Something to do. I literally stopped a break down on Sunday by building a Lego set with my baby. That romantic love is coming I’m speaking it for you and me both 😂 and I mean the action kind to where you can give your brain a break.
