It’s true that regulatory clarity can have a big impact on institutional adoption, but crypto markets are rarely that binary. Even if the Clarity Act doesn’t pass, innovation and adoption in the space won’t just stop though short-term volatility is likely. Investors should remember that these markets are influenced by many factors, not just one piece of legislation.
