Ryanair captain here and it’s wayyy safer than smoother landings in the 737 and we land in more challenging airports such as LMPA, EDSB EDJA etc…

Sometimes they do hard landings they are kinda a cheap airline so in some countries has short runaways do they land hard so they stop faster and not fall of the runaway and when they land in good runaway thats long they land softly and landing softly makes it make it more time to stop fully so the first videos was the short runaways and on the second videos is the long runaways
