Am so glad that somebody else does not follow the instructions for the instant coffee. I make my coffee in a blender bottle to blend the ice in. It makes me feel like I’m drinking a milkshake. But your recipe sounds really yummy. I might try this.

I love a good protein coffee. I go back n forth between Cafe Bustelo & Nescafe but I use protein powders, either clean simple eats or devotion nutrition or just move. I like a variety. I can't drink the same flavor coffee day in and out. it keeps me full till almost dinner time.
