Privately meet with them, present the risks and consequences, and work to find a safe solution to meet the goal. Escalate if unresolved. 3. Describe a time you resolved a hazard. A: (STAR Method) S: Walkway was blocked, forcing workers into a forklift zone. A: I cleared the walkway and designated a new storage area. R: Eliminated the collision risk and improved workflow. 4. How do you promote a positive safety culture? A: Lead by example. Engage workers with toolbox talks, encourage open hazard reporting without blame, and recognize positive behaviors. 5. How do you handle conflicting priorities (safety vs. production)? A: Safety is non-negotiable.
