meanwhile my 11 month old baby only wants purees, whenever I try to give her solid food she gags like if shes choking and won't want to continue eating, I panic and end up giving her food pouches 😫😳

I’ve had quite a few people questioning the portions I serve my daughter, so I wanted to clear something up. What you see on her plate is what I offer her, not necessarily what she eats. If you have a toddler, you know that a good portion of their meal often ends up on the floor, in their lap, or anywhere but their mouth. Some days she eats everything I put in front of her, and other days she barely touches it. That’s just the reality of feeding toddlers. I also always have extra food available if she’s still hungry or wants more. Every child is different, every appetite is different, and every family’s approach to feeding looks different. This is what works for us, and I’m not here to convince everyone. If people choose not to believe that’s what I serve her, that’s okay. I know what I put on my daughter’s plate, and that’s what matters.

lol we're over here with the same 6 foods on repeat. my almost 14 month old just looks at new food and then hands it back to me 😅

HOWWWW my 16 month old will only eat chicken and ranch and only try and potentially swallow other foods. My ped is telling me to stop BF and force him into eating what I make. I’m so jealous

By 1 they should be eating everything you do . Don’t give in an make something special for her that’s how they learn to be picky knowing their gonna get what they want. As my mom always said I don’t run a restaurant.
