@celinecooksph: Cheesy Baked Tahong Ingredients - 1kg tahong (mussels) - 2 tbsp. butter - 100g mozarella cheese - 50g cheddar cheese - 50g processed cheese food - 4 cloves garlic - 1/4 cup spring onion - 1/2 tbsp. sriracha Instructions 1. In a hot pan, add the tahong and cook until shells open. 2. Remove the empty top shell of the mussels. 3. Mix the butter, mozarella cheese, cheddar cheese, processed cheese food, spring onion and sriracha until spread like consistency. 4. Spread the mixture onto the top of the mussels generously. 5.
