Resting it or pulling on it with static stretches won't fix tendinopathy. It needs loading to realign the disorganized collagen fibers and build structural tolerance. Stop resting, start loading: 1️⃣ Isometric Calf Holds: 3 x 30 seconds. Straight leg, hold the heel up. Do it single-leg if double is too easy. 2️⃣ Heavy Slow Eccentrics: 3x10 reps. Go up with two feet, slowly control the descent with one foot. This remodels the tissue. 3️⃣ Bent-Knee Isometrics: 3 x 30 seconds.
