That is one of the most annoying tools, another is “populate from CV”, and then it’s all scrambled up. Dear companies: pay someone for a proper implementation.

I wouldn’t even have that much of a problem with workday if it could at least properly scan my resume, but out of all the ATS systems I’ve used, it’s by far the worst at scanning my resume, regardless of which resume format I’m using

great stop parsing the resumes and stop having ai determine a good candidate. send it as a PDF and have a human read it and interpret it. get the human connection back and hire people that are qualified instead of a system failing to see a keyword because of formatting.

just let me fill that stuff out when i get or pass an interview😩 im not against streamlining, but the current state is just a pain for everyone. more ATS -> more applications -> more pointless forms when they’re not needed.

I applied at the same company multiple times and changed my cv and workdayinfo each time. Is the application history relevant to the recruiters? should I stop trying because I applied to different roles and levels?

Give it 5 years Ashby will put all of them out of business. I think Ashby does the ATS function pretty. they need to get together with rippling and make a system for all us to be happy 😁 or they can enter the HRIS business
