He helped my mom who was almost 600 pounds! If it wasn’t for Richard, she would have never dropped that weight. I can remember her starting out sitting on a couch until she was able to do the exercises standing. God bless you Richard Simmons

Once I saw him in Santa Monica at a medical building and he said to me, “Hello Pretty Lady” and I will never forget that! I was 32 at that time. He was such a light because I was in a dark time in my life and he made me feel so special, despite how I was feeling about myself at the time.
