My 11 year old son suffers from the same thing and I will say the kids in school make it so much worse. This is the second time it happens to him. He had a full recovery but sadly relapsed. I know it’s difficult for him. It’s so hard to see your son hurting and not being able to do much. I can say it only makes you stronger. Life has its ups and downs you just need to stay on course one day at a time. I will say once you stop stressing it starts to get better. Stress has a lot to do with it.

i had the same pattern of hairloss back in 2019 and i remember how much it took a toll on me as it was so hard to not think about. sometime in that year i stopped letting it consume me and it all eventually grew back. last year it has came back in the same pattern but a bit more intense:/ lately it has been super on my mind but ive really been trying to do things to get my mind off it as well and reminding myself it WILL eventually come back but its sooo difficult :,)
