When i was asked about a mistake, I said. "Thanks for bringing that to my attention, and I appreciate you looking closely at the work ethics I have brought to the team over the 6 years I have been with the company. Our previous management team was never this focused on employee improvement". The conversation/meeting stopped there.

what about management that want you to come early 10 mins but we can not leave the work exactly at 8:30 pm , they said need to leave the floor at 8:30 pm to get changed! But they will be ready to go exactly on their time !
