I’ve had Halal Guys… and I genuinely don’t remember it tasting this good 😏 NO chicken & rice I’ve had touches this 😌 Ingredients: Chicken seasoning: 1kg chicken thigh + 1kg breast  Oil (use your eyeball) Vinegar (use your eyeball) 3 tsp paprika 2 tsp smoked paprika 2 tsp Kashmiri chilli powder ½ tsp turmeric powder 2 tsp onion powder 2 tbsp tomato paste 2 tbsp garlic paste Rice: 1.5 cups rice (use any cup — just double the water, I used 3 cups).           150g butter 1 onion finely sliced  3 bay leaves 5–6 cloves Small cinnamon stick 3/4 Tsp Turmeric powder Salt 3 bullet chillies Salad: Cucumber Tomato Onion Celery Fresh coriander 1 lemon Salt White sauce: 1 onion 3 garlic cloves 1 tsp black pepper 1 tsp MSG 250g light mayo Red sauce : 20g dried chillies 20g chilli water 80g vinegar 1 tsp salt 1–2 garlic cloves Method: 1️⃣ Coat chicken in all seasonings and marinate for 1–2 hours. Air fry (25-30min) or pan fry until tender.  2️⃣ Add butter/oil to a pan and fry onions until light brown. Add whole spices and cook for 1–2 mins. 3️⃣ Add turmeric and toast for 30 seconds, then add water (or bone broth ). 4️⃣ Once boiling, add green chillies and rice. Cook until the water reduces and you can see the rice without moving the pan. Lid on, lowest heat for 15 mins. 5️⃣ White sauce: blend onion, garlic & a splash of water until smooth. Strain if needed. Mix with black pepper, MSG & mayo.  6️⃣ Red sauce: blend everything together - this was ATOMIC heat btw 🥵 but it slaps with the rice. #fyp #chickenandrice #halalfood
