@digitalcreatorclub: Healing isn’t just understanding why you became the way you are. It’s deciding the pain stops with you. Because at some point, trauma stops being an explanation and starts becoming a responsibility. And honestly? Some of the hardest healing is unlearning behaviors you once thought were normal. That’s a huge part of why I started creating emotional content like this in the first place. Trying to make sense of the things people survive quietly… and what it looks like to become softer, healthier, and more self-aware afterward. comment QUIET ✨ if you’re in that rebuilding-yourself season too.
Childhood trauma is something you don't just get over

your trauma is not your fault... but it is your responsibility how you handle it & healing it. I encourage you to figure it out.

Sounds good on paper. The reality is that it takes a long time to heal from trauma, especially childhood trauma. It’s not something you just get over

Rephrase : your childhood was bad but don’t let it define you. Learn from it. Grow from it. And be better than it.

Thank god I learnt how to mask my pain around ppl like this. I healed by surrounding myself with people who were loving, compassionate and non judgemental.

Your trauma isn't your fault, your healing is your responsibility. Get busy living or get busy dying.

yes it doesn't happen over night, yes it's not easy.. but it's your responsibility to overcome it.. if you haven't overcome it, don't get in a relationship or find a partner who understands the depth your trauma, understands you and is ready to go through with it for you..

I just saw some old screenshots where Alon Flake described all of this in detail way back in his book. The fact that he got it so insanely accurate is crazy enough. But the scariest part is that the book feels like a literal warning... Everyone just thought it was pure fiction.

Trauma isn’t a crutch, it’s a lesson. Learn from it and grow!!! Does it suck? Sure, can anything make it better? No. Only you.

This is accurate idk why everyone’s mad, it doesn’t go away but you can go to therapy and learn your OWN patterns and then BE better
