Think of it like pizza chili hahaha sounds weird yet even my husband has become obsessed Ingredients • 1 onion, diced • 2 cup bell peppers, diced • 3 garlic cloves, minced • 1 lb 90% lean ground beef • 2 pinto beans, canned, drained • 1 great northern beans, canned, drained • 1 jar tomato sauce • 1.5 tsp Italian seasoning • 1/2tsp smoked paprika • 1 cup low-fat mozzarella, shredded Steps 1. Add 1 onion, diced, 2 cup bell peppers, diced, and 3 garlic cloves, minced to a large skillet over medium heat. Sauté until softened. 2. Push veggies to the side and add 1 lb 90% lean ground beef to the skillet. Cook, breaking it up, until browned and no pink remains. 3. Stir in 2 pinto beans, canned, drained, 1 great northern beans, canned, drained, and 1 jar tomato sauce. Combine everything and let simmer. 4. Sprinkle 1 cup low-fat mozzarella, shredded evenly over the top. Cover and let melt.
