Sis my son used to do this but with a wet flannel. Eventually he outgrew it. He also used to grind his teeth a lot so I think it may have been something to do with that as well x

My son used to do this too but with the ends of his blanket he chews and sucks on the ends it’s more like a phase now but when he does I offer him a sensory chewy. But it’s mostly outdoors.

My boy was such a heavy chewer too 😭 sleeves never stood a chance in this house. If the root is sensory regulation, oral sensory tool like Z vibe can be a game changer. But if the chewing stems from deficiencies or gut issues then worth properly testing rather than just masking the behaviour. 🖤

I have autistic child she did like this. I saw so many videos in tiktok they say chewing can relate with gut health so I just start detox drink and Gulten free diary free. To see if this helps her.

Silicon chewy toys that you can wrap around his neck. You can find them on Amazon. He’ll eventually grow out of this 🤞 but the chewy’s defo will help with him not chewing his actual clothes
