by trademark law its just a swach with a ap logo not an AP watch, Swach just gave AP the okay to slap a AP logo on it the reason they did this is because they lost a case for trademark in japan in 2024 causing them to lose money so they collabed with swatch and slapped their logo on it selling it for fheap knowing yall goofys will buy it. its like if nike slapped their logo on an underground brand and than called it a collab even though all they did was slap on a logo
