Preheat oven to 425°F. Toss broccoli florets with olive oil, salt, pepper, and garlic powder. Roast for 10 minutes until crisp-tender. 2. While broccoli cooks, brown beef until deeply caramelized and crispy. 3. Whisk sauce ingredients together and pour into beef. Simmer 5–7 minutes. 4. Stir in cornstarch slurry until thick and glossy. 5.
