it was the EASIEST presale ever! i got in within 3 minutes, the codes were unique, i paid $74 for TWO tickets, and it processed so quickly without lagging or "timing out" 🖤 this is proof artists DO have the ability to help their real fans get tickets, fight bots/resellers, and sell good seats that don't cost an arm and a leg-she's just a class act!

Not allowing resale + only allowing you to return them to the vendor at face value is what we should have by default, kudos to Hayley for normalizing this. Anti-scalping practices are contentious when they make it so that real buyers who decide to sell their tickets can’t turn a profit anymore, but if we actually want to stop incentivizing scalpers, this is how we do it.

Yup many artists have outwardly said they control the ticket prices. Most recently Robert Smith was very direct about how tix sales work. Foo fighters have also brought back in person ticket sales at venues to cut fees and give jobs to the venue employees. I’ve always loved Yelyah. Feels good to see her continue to always be that girl👏
