Who told you that? With SRAM, just like with any other brake, it all comes down to the brake pads. Sintered metal pads are better for trail riding because they perform best when they heat up, but they can squeal in wet conditions and may not bite as well when cold. Organic pads provide more immediate braking power, even when cold and in wet conditions. 👍
