Vidalia onions are way different. They are super sweet and have little burn. I grew up in GA. Vidalia onions are a very specific type of onion that is grown in a very specific part of the state. If you can get some, try them.

Raw onion (white or sweet) is good 😂, I take bites of it with mine, too much work to do the onion cups. I do onion cups to scoop up potato or macaroni salad some though
