Yes sir, I was addicted to Afrin. SO addicted, I had a bottle in my purse, car, desk, at home & would panic if I didn’t have one. I just had to tough it out one day and finally got off that stuff. Only use saline or Flonase now.

My doctor stressed to me ONLY a 3 day use. I only use it when I’m so congested and can’t sleep. I try to time it just right so it’s the 3 worst days of my sickness. 😂

I’m a little bit like that in that I cannot go to sleep if I don’t have a bottle nearby just in case. However, I only use it once or twice a week at most so I don’t have rebound congestion. But I can’t sleep if I think I don’t have access to it.
