Baby, I just want to say in case no one has told you… You're disgustingly beautiful (you must know). Acne or not. You're doing the right things, the right mindset is to be taking care of your body. But please, don't obsess over getting a perfect clear skin. While I hope you do over time, I'm just hoping you know that we can't rush life stages. Be comfortable in your own skin, love it. While it's sometimes frustrating, it truly is the only one we got. As someone who spent a lot of time fighting things you can't control, I hope you are kind to yourself. Sending love 💕

You don’t need a dermatologist, an endocrinologist would help you more to check if your hormones are okay. That kind of big acne deep under the skin is usually hormonal.

So what would a demotologist actually be able to do? I had bad acne when I was 14 also and then I went onto the pill Dianette which helped massively but last year I was made to come off it and went onto Yasmin. I got constant cystic acne and my doctor gave my lymecyclin which is amazing but as soon as I stop they are back 😭

🥹🥹 just wanted to share.. i used to deal with cystic/under the skin esp postpartum.. i have recently just had some relief in the last 6 months. I’m consistent with supplements, fish oils, a probiotic in pill form (!!) and also this Niacin B3 Heliocare supplement. Truly believe so much is gut healing🤍 just thought I’d share in case you wanted to try any of these
