Shampoo and conditioner bars (I use the brand solve), there’s organic chemical free feminine products, and loose tea leaves in a stainless steal steeper.

I know loose leaf is hard to find in stores so a hack what i do is i buy the tea bags and cut up all the tea bags and pour the loose leaf tea into a glass jar and just use a spoon of it in my tea. Let it sit in the hot tea for a few mins and strain it. Or you can buy those stainless steel loose tea ball things
