Horrible upset stomach with no head pain... Botox bocks the head pain but my body reacts with stomach issues. Taking pain meds stops the stomach ache!

The left side of my face felt a little numb one Friday night. Ignored it because I never believe what I feel is bad enough to do anything about it. Saturday morning, felt the same but with a headache that I couldn't shake. At 50yrs old and perimenopausal, I was thinking a possible stroke. So did the ER staff...I have never been taken care of so quickly. Many tests later, I was gifted with a new pre-symptom for migraines. Oh the joy!

I have a new migrane symptom called Allodyna and it makes the scalp tender and painful. I reciebe botox every 3 months and my tramadol and ketorlac couldn't touch the pain. I have been using biofreeze spray on my staple to help. The allodyna showed up last month during a 21 day staright migrane run.

If i already have a headache and i sneeze, i know a migraine is coming on soon afterwards, so i go ahead and take a ubrevly. Storms, especially wind storm, and my periods are my biggest triggers.

For me my blood pressure drops dramatically. I nearly pass out every time I stand up. I’m like that a lot of the time anyway but it’s always worse when a migraine is on its way.

I have 2 different types yay me being the over achiever I get silent ones with no pain I get pins and needles in my right hand and I can actually feel them moving up my arm to my face then my speech goes and I sound drunk and then it moves down my left arm these last around 2 hours. then there's the painful ones that wake you up like you've took a sledgehammer to the head vision blurry and have to lay in a dark room sometimes there so bad I have to crawl to the bathroom to be sick and feel like my brains about to pop out my eyeballs if I move
