I walk around brushing my teeth...I use the furthest bathroom in the house. If I'm waiting for my coffee to brew, the kettle to boil, or I have something in the microwave- I walk around until it's done. The little bits add up too

Maddie I'm 59 I have a question if I change my diet like you have shown. and I walk , I've always been a walker, I'm active I bartend 5 x 8 hrs a week. I swim. but I cannot not exercise like you do. can I see a change. I know I won't be chiseled like you I'm ok with that. I just want the weight off and the look my muscles had 18 months ago. so discouraged
